System upgrade completed on 2017/6/6

Due to system upgrades during the weekend, our shopping site and email service was temporarily disrupted. We’re glad to announce that all site functions and email services have been back to normal now.

If you sent us any emails inquires during these days without getting our reply, you might want to send the emails to us again and we will respond to you as soon as possible.

We apologize for any inconvenience this may have caused to you. Thank you for your understanding.

Shipping Policy Updates 2015/12/7

Please note that USA, Australia, Canada Post NO LONGER provide online tracking status for Registered Airmail. If your shipping country is one of those and would still like to check the online delivery status, please choose EMS Express Airmail, which is the only option that comes with online tracking status. However, Registered Airmail will still be recorded and loss claim can still be made through mailing investigation though.

In the meantime, we would like you to raise your voice and complaint to your local postal service in those countries and request your post office to reinstate online delivery status update for Registered Airmail so that they might restore it back afterwards.

Lastly, most if not all countries have also raised their shipping rates for EMS Express Airmail since earlier this year. For the latest EMS shipping rates, please refer to our page. We apologize for any inconvenience this may have caused and appreciate your understanding.
